1. Returns & Exchanges Policy
Timeframe: We accept returns within 7 days of purchase/delivery. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Condition: To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within maximum 14 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are paid by the Buyer.
3. Cancellations
Order cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of placing the order. If the item has already shipped, the return policy applies.
